These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and regulations for the use of data entry services provided by Md. Arafat Hossain ("Service Provider"). By placing an order, you agree to accept and comply with these terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer professional data entry services including but not limited to:

• Excel and Google Sheets data input
• PDF to Word/Excel conversion
• Copy-paste and formatting
• Web research and data collection
• Product listing for e-commerce platforms

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, clear, and complete project instructions.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any data shared does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Confidentiality

All client data and project files will be treated as strictly confidential. We will never share or use your data for any purpose other than the completion of your task.

4. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines are discussed and agreed upon before starting the project. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses or unclear requirements) are not the responsibility of the service provider.

5. Revisions

We offer 1–2 free revisions within the scope of the original instructions. Any changes beyond that or after final approval may incur additional charges.

6. Payments

• Payment terms are agreed upon before project start.
• Projects may require advance payment or milestone-based payments for large tasks.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if the work is not delivered as agreed. Partial refunds may be considered for partially completed work based on discussion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project if there is a breach of these terms, unethical requests, or non-cooperation from the client.
